  5. He is okay with you having guy friends but not girl friends
  6. He is okay with you having girl friends but not guy friends
  7. He watches bisexual porn
  8. He talks about how he’s “turned” you
  9. He threatens to out you to friends and family
  10. He accuses you of cheating (with no evidence except for the fact that you’re bi)

Please, stay safe. We are in a unique position that makes us more vulnerable than we think. Keep watch, make note of red flags and gut instinct, and create a safety plan just in case.

Little things that help moods

  1. getting enough sunshine
  2. short walks with your favourite music 
  3.  don’t stay up until 3am 
  4.  get off tumblr/social media if it’s unhealthy 
  5. don’t stay in bed the whole day
  6.  plan out your day 
  7.  listen to music
  8. change your clothes 
  9.  set yourself small goals 
  10.  say yes to fun events 
  11. drink water, it takes 5 seconds 
  12. talk to a close friend
  13. you’re not unwanted or hopeless, also you deserve love so be nice to yourself
